How does vibrating feeder working?
Thereare two eccentric shafts rotating at high speed at the same time fromopposite directions, thus the strong centrifugal force is formed. Thecomponent forces of centrifugal force along the vibrating direction willalways overlap each other, then counteract with that of vertical forcefrom vibrating direction, then exciting force along single direction isformed to drive the feeder vibrate along straight line. When materialsare fed into vibrating feeder, they may be thrown up and move like Paracurve, then fall down. The materials will move forward on the slopesurface of vibrating feeder.
